I almost gave this hotel a decent review, but the rude reception staff and the slow bar service were absoluteley maddening. I expected at least a complimentary drink for the inconvenience, but instead was treated like just another regular guest. How good. At least the pool was open for a few hours during the day, how generous.

food is aissue and everyone who you speak to says the same no variety and food cold this needs to be adressed as a matter of urguncy this overall would not put me off going back

Great location, nearby amenities

The room was perfectly clean with a pleasant view of the bay and the surrounding mountainous landscape. The hotel had indeed a perfect and lovely location away from Palma airport.

Will be back, the property met required needs. It is stylish brand-new venue, it offers clean pool and the location is magnificent down to the seafront. The staff are attentive, the breakfast is nice hot. The hotel provided an exceptional customer service during our trip. Furthermore, guests can use parking outside. A nice touch is also the soft beverages in the snack bar...

The warm staff made it nice

The food was good and there was a beautiful pool area to relax in. Every meal felt special with a variety of fresh options, and the staff were notably cute and helpful .

Unfortunately, we faced some inconveniences like the lack of complimentary drinking water, a frequent trip to the supermarket for us. Some evenings lacked proper entertainment.

The facilities reflect that 3-star status, with worn doors and aging bathrooms needing some updates. Pool hours are limited to 10 AM to 7 PM, frustrating when the sea gets choppy later in the day, forcing guests to miss out on swimming opportunities. Rooms can feel cramped, especially when packing for multiple guests, and the dining experience lacks variety, often serving food that's lukewarm rather than hot. The soap situation was a hassle, with only one given to two people for a week without reminders for more.

The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, with friendly staff maintaining the pristine condition throughout. I also appreciated the two serene pool areas.

A Nice Stay with Excellent Amenities

The recently refurbished bathroom added a touch of luxury to our stay! We enjoyed the reasonable prices at the bar and the delicious food options. A pleasant 20-minute walk to the main area offered a nice way to explore Can Picafort. Suggest trying out the pool area for relaxation.

Fantastic stay with amazing views!

Had an awesome week with my family in a modern room on the top floor. The balcony views of the sea were fine! Plus, breakfast was a highlight with fresh omelettes made right in front of us. Only thing was the limited pool hours. I wish it stayed open longer in the evenings.

the air conditioning was outdated 😓. however, the location was amazing, so close to the beach! the breakfast had a big variety and was really delicious 🍽️. the staff were friendly and attentive, made our stay great!
